THE EFFECIVENESS OF LINGUISTIC PROJECTS IN A FUTUTRE TEACHER’S PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE FORMATION
Abstracts

Introduction. The article considers the results of project activities in Russian language teacher’s professional competence formation. In addition, it was shown that the implementation of linguistic projects by students also helps in mastering communicative competence in all types of speech activities (writing, reading, speaking, listening).

Methods and materials. When studying and describing the material, general theoretical research methods were used: synthesis, analysis, comparison, as well as statistical methods in their elementary form. The empirical research method (a pedagogical experiment) was used to explain the conclusions.

Discussion. In the article project activities are considered to be one of the most important methods in the system of Bachelor degree students professional training in the process of studying Russian language and literature. Methods of systematic activity and communication are the basic methods for project activities during studies. The research results we acquired could be used as a basis for further project activities research during Russian language studies.

Results. The introduction of project activities in the education of students in both school and university education has determined the importance of teaching the methods of creating students’ (future teachers’) projects. The ability to present information in various forms and types, to select independently and apply linguistic material correctly, to produce their own texts in accordance with the topic and conditions are being formed.

Conclusion. The use of project activities in the teaching of the modern Russian language in the Russian language teachers education and literature makes it possible to increase the level of professional competence and research skills of students.
