“ACME STRATEGY” OF PROFESSIONAL SELF-DEVELOPMENT AS THE ASPECT OF SELF-DEVELOPMENT TECHNOLOGY OF PERSONALITY
Abstracts

Introduction. The article deals with the aspect of the development of acmeological consciousness of a professional. In this regard, the conditions of effective creative activity on the formation of «Acme strategy» expand, the multi-component composition of the self-development subject personality is described, there is denoted the role of acmeological position, which involves the integration of not only transforming, but also developing models and technologies of self-development, also the determinants and features of the technology of this process are highlighted.  The article directs the reader to a deeper understanding of the essence of the strategy of self-development using the principles of «Acme».

Materials and methods. The main research methods are: analysis of the scientific literature on the following problems: personality structure, personality self-development, personality acmeological culture, formation of a professional acme strategy, technological aspects of developing development strategies; as well as modeling of psychological and pedagogical processes and phenomena.

Results. Given the basic principles of the acmeological approach, the essence of the personality as a subject of self-development is presented; the main components of a multidimensional personality model for designing an «acme-strategy» of professional self-development are identified.

Discussion. It is emphasized that the «acme-strategy» of the teacher’s professional self-development is based on the developed multidimensional model of the personality essence and the technology being developed.

Conclusion. It is concluded that the study of the presented components of personality self-development, their detailed description (content, functions, updating methods, etc.) will give a complete description of the multidimensionality of the «acme-strategy» and will allow us to formulate the basic laws and principles that make up the core of the creative acmeological development concept professionalism of the personality of the teacher.
