DIGITAL CULTURE MODEL OF FUTURE TEACHERS UNDER CONDITIONS OF EDUCATION DIGITALIZATION
Abstracts

Introduction. The article substantiates the relevance of the task of modernizing the training and professional development of teachers in the aspect of the formation of their digital culture. The purpose of the article is to reveal the author’s concept of developing a professional educational program for training future teachers in the context of digitalization of education.

Materials and methods. The main research methods are the analysis of scientific literature and normative sources devoted to terminology for describing the teacher’s characteristics in terms of digitalization requirements, the conditions that determine the scope of the study; as well as the methods used in the framework of the integrative-activity approach to the process of forming the teacher’s digital culture.

Results. A model of the teacher’s digital culture was developed in accordance with the components of the teacher’s ICT competence of the Professional Standard; the authors presented a description of the main components of the model in graphical and tabular forms, determined the levels of formation of digital skills - components of digital culture.

Discussion. The effectiveness of the study is confirmed by the fact that the developed model is the basis of the technology for the formation of digital skills for future teachers and allows to reasonably make the necessary adjustments to the curriculum.

Conclusion. It is concluded that as a result of the study on the basis of an integrative-activity approach, a model of the teacher’s digital culture was developed, and conceptual ideas for designing the educational program in the direction of "Pedagogical Education" were determined.

The model of the future teacher’s digital culture was developed, on the basis of which a professional educational program in the direction of “Pedagogical Education” was formed taking into account the formation of digital skills in the modern educational environment based on the developed model of the teacher’s digital culture;

The program of advanced training courses and retraining of teachers was developed, aimed at obtaining practical skills in the field of digital technologies.
