PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS OF FORMATION OF TRANSDISCIPLINARY EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT OF THE UNIVERSITY
Abstracts

Introduction. The article substantiates the urgency of formation transdisciplinary educational environment of the University.  As the “core” of transdisciplinarity, linking the components and levels of the educational space in a single conceptual context, we have chosen the category of “quality management”. Pedagogical conditions for the formation of transdisciplinary educational environment include the change and formation of professional expectations of the subject of the educational process and the formation of adaptive competence.

Materials and methods. The main methods of research are the analysis of scientific literature on the problem of the educational environment of the University, as well as diagnostic techniques, including a modified questionnaire VI Baidenko and modified technique “Unfinished sentences”.

Results. The authors presented the description of pedagogical conditions of formation of transdisciplinary educational environment, the basic characteristics of adaptive competence and professional expectations.

Discussion. It is emphasized that the formation of adaptive competence is aimed at developing the abilities of the future teacher of physical culture to transfer the knowledge and skills into new conditions and apply them to solve new educational problems in a new context. High priority, significance and relevance are highlighted as parameters of adaptive competence. Professional expections of the future teacher of physical culture reflect the “expected value” of learning, which reflects the cognitive constructs of transdisciplinarity.


Conclusion.
The formation of a transdisciplinary educational environment allows introducing innovative components into the content and structure of quality management of training future teachers of physical culture.
