PROFESSIONAL IDENTIFICATION AS CONDITION IMPROVEMENT OF QUALITY OF THE SOCIOCULTURAL CAPITAL OF FUTURE TEACHER
Abstracts

Introduction. At the article the relevant problem of professional identification of students of pedagogical higher education institution in aspect of modern calls is considered. Results of the diagnostic testing conducted within the program of pedagogical mo-

 

nitoring developed by authors which compound components are emotional and strong-willed, valuable and motivational, commu-nicative and creative and activity are presented. Purpose of the article is to reveal and characterize indicators of professional identification of students of pedagogical higher education institution.

Materials and methods. In the course of research activity the analysis of scientific literature on a problem of professional adaptation and identification in the conditions of the sociocultural en-vironment of pedagogical higher education institution is carried out. The diagnostic techniques in-cluding testing, questioning, self-estimation, mutually estimation and also pedagogical observation and use of results of professional activity of students during student teaching are used. The mathe-matico-statistical analysis allowed to generalize results of diagnostic work. The research is conduct-ed on the basis of the Southern Ural state humanitarian and pedagogical university.

Results. The program of pedagogical monitoring which purpose is tracking of process of professional adaptation and an identification of students of pedagogical higher education institution is deve-loped. Structurally the program is presented emotional and strong-willed, valuable and motiva-tional, communicative and creative and activity by components. Indicators of professional identifi-cation of fu-ture teachers in the conditions of the educational and sociocultural environment of higher education institution are revealed and charac-terized. Results of the conducted diagnostic testing are described.

Discussion. It is emphasized that the effectiveness of professional identification of students of pedagogical higher education institution depends on the continuity of its tracking in the course of pedagogical monitoring.

Conclusion. The conclusion that the success of professional identification is defined by fea-tures of the educational and socio-cultural environment pedagogical in the conditions of which there


is a formation and development professionally and personally significant qualities, formation of me-thodical skill of future teachers is drawn.
