TUTOR'S POSITION OF THE TEACHER IN SUPPORTING THE INDEPENDENT WORK OF STUDENTS
Abstracts

Introduction. The article substantiates the relevance of the organization and maintenance of extracurricular independent work of students, provides an overview of the main ideas on the essential characteristics of the tutor position of a higher school teacher. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the author's idea of accompanying extracurricular independent work of students from the position of a tutor.

Materials and methods. The article summarizes the experien-ce of supporting the design of educational space for independent work of students on the basis of modeling future professional activi-ty. The study used a theoretical and methodological analysis of the

 

scientific literature on the research problem, applied methods of pe-dagogical modeling, monitoring and diagnostics of the results, presented the possibilities of different levels of approaches, providing methodological multilevel and iherachichesky nature of the maintenance of independent work.

Results. The author presents the essential characteristics of the tutor position of a higher school teacher. Developed stages tutor support extracurricular independent work of students.

Discussion. On the basis of the conducted research, the organizational and methodological aspects of the tutor position of a high school teacher, accompanied by students' independent work, are discussed. Attention is focused on the content and characteristics of tutorial action.

Сonclusion. It is concluded that the tutor position of the teacher, aimed at accompanying the student’s individual educational route as part of independent work, contributes to the development of the educational needs of students based on conscious cognitive professional interests and educational opportunities.
