AKMEOLOGICHESKY TECHNOLOGIES OF TRAINING OF PSYCHOLOGISTS OF WORK
Abstracts

Introduction. Federal state educational standards of the general education place great demands on process of formation of professional competences of future psychologist. For the institutions realizing educational activity, this aspect is one of key factors of functioning. There is relevant a question of use in the course of training of innovative educational technologies which will allow to see new approaches to development of a necessary training material, to realize the creative potential of students and to create necessary professional competences. The purpose of article is consideration of kouchingovy approach as one of perspective in educational process. This approach is represented as the akmeologi-chesky technology promoting increase in level of training and considerably differs from classical process of training which is aimed one message more educational information or transfer of skills and also check of how it has been acquired.

Materials and methods.The main methods are the analysis of the scientific literature devoted kouchingovy approach as the akmeologichesky technology promoting increase in level of training and also observation, the description, modeling.

Results. The model of continuous training when which using the teacher forms skills of effective dialogue with quality feedback at students is developed. At the same time the teacher will organize and directs training process so that students developed own vision,

 

created new constructs, found a way of the report them to other participants of educational process. Application of coaching allows students to go through necessary stages of development by means of the involvement and self-motivation to disclosure of personal potential.

Discussion. The educational environment created by means of the akmeologicheskikh of technologies allows to create necessary conditions for professional self-determination of the student.

Conclusion. The interactive occupation constructed on the basis of application of the offered model of continuous training at the exit forms at students new experience and competences which allow to consider and solve professional problems of more difficult level in development that is caused by transition to the new acme level.
