THE EFFECIVENESS OF LINGUISTIC PROJECTS IN A FUTUTRE TEACHER’S PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE FORMATION
Abstracts

Introduction. The article presents the technology for developing analytical skills of students of the preparatory Department of the University in social studies classes. The criteria and levels of development of analytical students of the preparatory Department of the University are highlighted.

Materials and methods. The main research methods are the analysis of scientific literature devoted to the development of analytical skills of students; diagnostic methods, including observation, description, questioning of students of the preparatory Department and teachers, analysis of written and oral responses of students of the preparatory Department, testing, analysis of the Russian State Exams' results.

Results. The technology of development of analytical skills of students of the preparatory Department of the University is designed and described, the pedagogical conditions that ensure the implementation of the technology are defined.

Discussion. This technology can be used in the study of history, literature, and geography.

Conclusion. It is concluded that the developed technology will contribute to the development of analytical skills of students of the preparatory Department of the University.
