THE MENTORIAL SUPPORT OF PROFESSIONAL SELF-DETERMINATION OF FUTURE TEACHERS
Abstracts

Introduction. The article examines the problem of tutoring support for the professional self-determination of students of a pedagogical college, which is of particular interest, since modern society dictates new requirements for the professional in general and for the personality of the teacher in particular. The relevance of the topic of the article is reflected in OK-1: to understand the essence and social significance of your future profession, to show a steady interest in it.

Materials and methods. A number of organizational and pedagogical factors identified in the educational environment of a pedagogical college affect the mechanism for implementing tutoring support for the professional self-determination of future teachers:

1) The need to manage the educational and production process;

2) The need to provide the process of tutoring support of students by teachers with appropriate resources and conditions is an accompanying factor in the management of the educational and production process;

3) The implementation of the educational process in the pedagogical college based on the use of tutor technologies and the creation of educational and methodological developments [1].

Results. The analysis of the psychological-pedagogical and scientific-methodological literature allowed us to single out the fundamental positions for the disclosure of our topic: “tutor support”, “professional self-determination of students”, “the significance of the future profession”.

Discussion. The article indicates the conditions that determine the need to study the problem of tutor support for the professional self-determination of future teachers and emphasizes the relevance of the stated topic.

Conclusion. As a result of the study of psychological and pedagogical literature, the content of the concept of “professional self-determination” is revealed, the possibility is emphasized to reveal it as a leading sign of the professional development of a personality, indicating a stable degree of recognition of the chosen professional activity, as an understanding of one's identity with a group and an assessment of one's own provisions in it.
