THE READINESS OF TEACHER FOR EDUCATIONAL WORK IN THE PROCESS OF EDUCATIONAL ACTIVI-TIES
Abstracts

Introduction. Radical economic, social, political changes in the life of society at the end of the XX century were reflected in the solution of problems of education. Upbringing in Russia has traditionally served as a guarantor of society's stability and contributed to its progressive development. Insufficient attention to the problem of upbringing and education in the nineties of the XX century was a consequence of the fact that upbringing was actually expelled from school and out-of-school educational organizations. This has led to the emergence of negative consequences of youth behavior. The purpose of the study is to identify and theoretically substantiate the current state of the problem of teacher readiness for educational work in the process of educational activity.

Materials and methods. Questioning and interviewing of teachers was carried out within the framework of the regional conference “Formation of an innovative culture of teachers of basic (general) education”.

Results. Based on the results of our research, we can conclude that teachers demonstrate an increase in creative activity as subject students, but at the same time “every third teacher experiences serious professional difficulties in communicating and interacting with schoolchildren, in situations where he is in the role of an educator.

Discussion. After analyzing the results of the study, we can conclude that the interviewed teachers demonstrated a low level of teacher readiness for educational work in the process of educational activities. Most of the teachers in their practice apply the methods of educational work used outside the classroom. In addition, the teachers showed a weak command of modern methods of educational work in the process of educational activity, while stating that educational work is mostly carried out by them during the lesson.

Conclusion. To solve the research problem, it is necessary to carry out explanatory work within the framework of advanced training courses for teachers about the existing methods of education in the classroom and priority educational tasks for modern education, as well as conduct trainings and master classes on the use of educational work in educational activities.
