THE PRACTICE OF IMPLEMENTATION OF SCIENTIFIC AND RESEARCH ACTIVITIES IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE MASTER'S DEGREE
Abstracts

Introduction. The article substantiates the relevance of systemically organized development of professional abilities of a teacher at the master's level with subsequent inclusion of the level of their assessment in the result of the program along with knowledge, skills and competencies. The indicator of development of pedagogical abilities acts as a generalized indicator of compliance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard and the professional standard. The purpose of the article is to substantiate and reveal the author's concept of effective organization of work with master's degree students on the formation of pedagogical abilities.

Materials and methods. The main research method is the analysis of scientific literature on pedagogy and methodology of work with students, existing practices, identifying the principle emerging methods of working with a special team of students that identified their next scientific objectives: to be able to research, including diagnostic methods, based on the results of the statistical analysis of observations, questionnaires, testing.

Results. Designed and implemented functionally innovative methods of pedagogical research activities, the content of the meaning of skills development realized on the basis of a pedagogical theory of the gradual development activity through the refinement at each stage of functioning and directions of development of pedagogical abilities, serving as a subject of his own research activities.

Discussion. It is noted that the effectiveness of the project is the implementation of the means of advanced development of research activities of a master's student.

Conclusion. It is concluded that the implementation of a functionally innovative system in working with master's degree student is possible on condition of his own advanced research activity.
