Introduction. The purpose of the paper “Pedagogical innovations in international educational cooperation on the basis of RGUP” is to study the concept of pedagogical innovation and the introduction of railways and communications into the international educational process in the Rostov State Transport University. The methodological foundations of pedagogical innovations are discussed in the presented examples of the university’s international activities. The paper substantiates the importance of implementing pedagogical innovations within the framework of growing demand in the international labor market. To introduce and implement pedagogical innovations, the scientific works of specialists in this field were analyzed, gradual stages were developed for the work of international activities and practical application was carried out in international educational cooperation.
Materials and methods. The study of issues of international cooperation in the educational environment is theoretical in nature and is based on the descriptive method of pedagogical innovations. A project for a language school at the university is presented, which has confirmed its significance and uniqueness in the social and psychological adaptation of foreign students. The developed course “Railway Locomotive” confirmed the theory in practice that pedagogical innovations play an important role in the development of international training programs.
Results. To introduce and implement pedagogical innovations, the scientific works of specialists in this field were analyzed, gradual stages were developed for the work of international activities and practical application was carried out in international educational cooperation. Quite complex work of an organizational nature was completed by the international department of the university, and a new methodology for conducting classes with foreign students was developed. University teachers began to actively use this innovative approach to education in their classes.
Discussion. The application of pedagogical innovations in the international educational process can be seen in innovative developments, a motivated approach on the part of management and the involvement of foreign students. It must be emphasized that interest in pedagogical innovations is growing every year, the amount of scientific research in this area is increasing and new directions in science are emerging. The study of the problem of the educational process in the international activities of the university is caused by global economic and political changes.
Conclusion. The application of pedagogical innovations in the international educational process can be seen in innovative developments, a motivated approach on the part of management and the involvement of foreign students. It must be emphasized that interest in pedagogical innovations is growing every year, the amount of scientific research in this area is increasing and new directions in science are emerging. The study of the problem of the educational process in the international activities of the university is caused by global economic and political changes.
