Modelling organization of tolerant pedagogical cooperation in the process of foreign students’ professional education at the university
Abstracts

Introduction. The article deals with the model of organization of tolerant pedagogical cooperation in the process of foreign students’ professional education at the university. The author suggests the importance of developing such students’ qualities as tolerance, because the learning process may be effective only in cooperation, which is impossible without tolerant interaction.

Materials and methods. The author used such materials and methods as method of communicative tolerance diagnostic by V.V. Boyko; method of communicative persuasion diagnostic by V.V. Boyko, method of diagnosing empathic abilities level by V.V. Boyko, method of “16-factorial personality question by R.B. Kettle, and methodic of interpersonal relations by T. Liri; methods of statistic analysis, and mathematic treatment.

Results. The article also shows the experiment results of developing tolerant pedagogical cooperation at the university. We can also see the scheme of the dynamics of increasing the level of foreign students’ tolerance during the experimental work and the table of efficiency factor of forming students’ communicative tolerance.

Discussion. The development of model, theoretical model validation and testing the model of organization of tolerant pedagogical cooperation in the process of foreign students’ professional education at university with experiment. We defined the conditions of effective functioning of the model of organization of tolerant pedagogical cooperation in the process of foreign students’ professional education at university. The rationality and efficiency of model implementation was proved.

Conclusion. The article has shown the results of experimental work and proved that the model implementation will guarantee the effective pedagogical cooperation and efficiency in problem solution of professional education.
