DISTANCE FORM OF CONDUCTING TRAINING SESSIONS ON PHYSICAL CULTURE IN A PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITY
Abstracts

Introduction. The article raises the topic of organizing distance learning in the discipline "Physical culture". The urgency of this issue is indicated, the task is set to maximally realize the main goals of teaching physical culture in conditions of self-isolation.

The purpose of the article is to analyze information on conducting physical culture lessons in a distance format, to identify the most acute problems associated with the implementation of this training.

Materials and methods. In the course of the research, complexes of physical culture exercises were proposed for independent mastering by students. Classes in the form of distance learning were held for 3 months, and then the assessment of the level of physical fitness of students was carried out.

Results. The results of exercises and indicators obtained from students during the period of self-isolation, when the possibility of using the distance form of physical education lessons were realized, were analyzed. The indicators characterizing the effectiveness of self-study have been determined.

Discussion. The main advantages and disadvantages of distance learning by physical culture have been determined. The emphasis is made on the insufficient material, methodological base for the high-quality implementation of this type of education.

Conclusion. It is concluded that with all the pros and cons, the remote form of organizing and conducting physical education classes cannot replace the classical form of classes, during which the teacher corrects the load and the technique of performing motor actions, and the student receives an optimized one. physical activity for him, mistakes in technique are timely corrected, which will contribute to the education of physical qualities and the formation of the necessary volume of skills.
