METHODOLOGICAL APPROACHES TO THE MANAGEMENT OF PRACTICE-ORIENTED TRAINING OF FUTURE PHYSICAL EDUCATION TEACHERS
Abstracts

Introduction. The article discusses the problem of designing innovative methodological approaches, taking into account the current trends in the design of the educational space of a pedagogical university.

Materials and methods. As a methodological basis for the practice-oriented training of future physical culture teachers, we consider the expectation, competence-oriented and transdisciplinary approaches.

Results. The expectation approach to the management of practice-oriented training of future physical education teachers is aimed at extrapolating the main provisions of the theory of expectations into the process of teaching students. So, anticipations not only reflect subjective ideas about social interaction, but are also transformed from subjective, interpersonal into professional, transpersonal expectations. The competence-oriented approach reflects the result-target orientation of practice-oriented training in the field of physical culture. The transdisciplinary approach to the management of practice-oriented training of physical education teachers is aimed at the formation of a universal transdisciplinary methodology and a single semantic context for training students of a pedagogical university.

Discussion. In the content of the methodological approaches, we included the forms of implementation of practice-oriented training of future physical education teachers, which include a set of internal and external relations, structure, conditions for the implementation of methodological approaches that ensure the stable functioning of the educational system at the university.

Conclusion. The implementation of methodological approaches to the management of practice-oriented training of future physical education teachers is a process of cognitive dialogue in the system of higher education between the definite and the indefinite, separable and inseparable, the logic and metalology inherent in the competence of the educational standard.
