Introduction. The presence of a professional training complex is an essential criterion for the successful functioning of a folk instrument performer in concertmaster activities, enabling the specialist to fully realize their creative ideas, improve performance quality, and strengthen their position as a professional. Despite the wide range of issues addressed by musicologists-researchers in their works, the problem of forming a professional training complex in concertmaster activity for performers on folk instruments has not yet been the subject of special research, and a model for its formation has not been fully developed to date. This underscores the need to create and implement an author's model for the formation of a professional training complex in concertmaster activities for folk instrument performers into the college educational process, which will ultimately ensure the preparation of competent specialists with professional mastery in their field of expertise.
Materials and Methods. In writing this article, various scientific methods were applied, including both theoretical and empirical ones. The theoretical stage involved a detailed study and critical analysis of literature on the researched issue, summarizing the obtained data through synthesis of available information. The empirical component was implemented using such methods as observation, which allowed directly recording the level of preparation of a folk instrument performer for concertmaster activities at different stages, as well as surveys and questionnaires aimed at collecting primary data from respondents.
Results. This article presents an original model for the formation of a professional training complex in concertmaster activities for performers on folk instruments. The use of this model in the preparation for professional concertmaster activities enables a folk instrument performer to become a highly qualified and sought-after specialist capable of successfully working in the field of concertmaster art.
Discussion. The author of the study specifies the main concept of the article, characterizes each stage of the model for the formation of a professional training complex, justifies the content of structural components and their key elements.
Conclusion. The model for the formation of a professional training complex developed by the author of this study represents a significant contribution to the theory and practice of musical education, as it offers effective means to enhance the quality of preparing folk instrument performers for concertmaster activities.
