Introduction. The article examines the results of studying the attitude of teachers of general education organizations to students with disabilities and disabilities. The purpose of the article is to describe the reaction of educators to students with special educational needs.
Materials and methods. The main research method is the ana-
lysis of scientific literature, the results of studying the attitude of teachers towards students with students with special educational needs and disabilities; interviewing teachers working with a class of children with special educational needs.
Results. The analysis of the results obtained reflects the specifics of the readiness and attitude of teachers to students with special educational needs, reveals the indicators of the professional activity of teachers.
Discussion. The section consists of identifying and describing the components, indicators of professional readiness to interact with students with disabilities and disabilities.
Conclusion. The relevance of the topic under study is determined by the changes taking place in modern society and in the education system. Educators' understanding of the educational needs of children with special educational needs overcomes the barriers to accepting a learner different from other children.

The analysis of the theoretical foundations of professional, motivational, psychological, inclusive readiness of teachers to interact with special educational needs was carried out.
