ADAPTATION OF STUDENTS WITH DISABILITIES TO THEIR FUTURE PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES
Abstracts

Introduction. The article shows that the successful use of the means of physical culture is directly related to the field of personnel training in numerous and diverse specialties. The specific requirements that various professions impose on the future specialist are ensured by the application of physical culture means, showing practical suitability and usefulness as an application to the upcoming work activity. The purpose of the article is to develop adaptation in practical work with students with various health limitations due to the adaptation of the body to volumetric and intense applied physical activity.

Materials and methods. The leading idea of the concept involves understanding the theory of professionally applied physical training (PAPT) for students with disabilities, disclosing its content based on the implementation of applied training with variations of applied stereotypes of future professional activity and specific features, as well as mastering the technological foundations of PAPT, reinforcing the achievement of the goal of a certain type of labor by a positive transfer method, which ensures preparation for professional activity in modern conditions. The experimental methodology differs from traditional classes in that the implementation of the mechanism of applied physical education (APE) is based on the introduction of professionally applied physical culture in the 4th, 5th and 6th semesters to increase motor fitness, which, accordingly, reduces the adaptation time, as well as increases the range of adaptive capabilities when using applied physical activity.

Results. In the context of the dynamically developing educational process of the university, materials have been developed that have a structural organization and include target, content, organizational-activity and evaluative-effective blocks. The tactics of the teacher's work is realized through a set of principles: openness, conformity, adaptability, continuity, diagnosis, revealing the essential side of applied training in the practice of physical education, in accordance with which the pattern of positive transfer, the cumulative effect of training in applied exercises on labor activity is reflected. The set of indicators (adaptability, recoverability and development) shows an increase in the interval of the body's adaptive resources in the process at each stage of adaptation formation.

Discussion. It is noted that the average group results, regardless of gender and the degree of physical fitness of the student, confirm the likelihood of an increase in adaptive shifts adequate to physical activity. The implementation of purposeful pedagogical activity within the framework of the Volga Federal District using a set of principles, approaches and methods of physical culture is the actualization of applied physical training within the framework for students with disabilities. Such a method of work is more acceptable for such students, since there is no absolute need to achieve a comprehensive harmonious or maximum development of physical abilities.

Conclusion. It is concluded that the use of the methodology of our concept in the pedagogical process of physical vocational-applied training, which provides for gradual gradual changes in the object, an increase in the degree of development through quantitative and qualitative changes in the integral basis, which, on the one hand, determine the general and specific goals for each stage of the organization and conduct of applied physical activity, on the other hand, the preservation of certain applied elements during the transition to a new state, students with disabilities fully create an increase in the volume body's ability to adapt.

Highlights

The mechanism for the formation of applied stereotypes and the method of interaction between the teacher and the student is based on the principle of introjection, which allows the methods of education and training to be turned into an integral system and in accordance with which the teacher purposefully, logically and effectively builds the educational process, formed by a set of subdominant principles that form an integral unity;

A mechanism for the implementation of the concept is presented, based on the introduction of professionally applied physical culture in the 4th, 5th and 6th semesters to increase the motor fitness and adaptation of the body of students with disabilities;

The adaptation of the organism to the profession in the future will be fully guaranteed with an increase in applied stereotypical, and, consequently, stable motor structures of work operations, if in the practice of physical education of students the stages of formation of the PPE are revealed: urgent “initial”, long-term and stable.
