GRADING APPROACH TO IMPROVING THE CULTURAL-LEISURE ACTIVITY OF THE FUTURE TEACHER-CHOREOGRAPHER
Abstracts

Introduction. The article considers the grading approach, which reflects the relationship, dependence and mutual dependence of all components of pedagogical activity and all relations arising in the cultural and leisure activities of the future teacher-choreographer. The author made an attempt to systematize the theoretical and practical experience of the application of grading in the field of choreographic education in higher education. According to the author, the competency grading model is considered the most effective and reasonable system of standardization and classification of the roles of a choreographer teacher. It addresses the challenges of attracting, retaining and motivating qualified staff in the area of recreational and cultural activities. The purpose of the article: with the help of grading clearly distinguish competences and their functions, which are applied in each of the roles of the future choreographer teacher.

Materials and methods. The materials of the study were the results of work on the formation of the teacher-choreographer: skills important for solving professional tasks; specific knowledge, skills and experience necessary for the performance of professional duties and solving problems at each of the roles of teacher-choreographer; level of responsibility for their actions and cultural and leisure activities in general. The main methods of the study are the analysis and generalization of literary sources on professional pedagogy, as well as sources on the organization and management of the professional activity of the teacher-choreographer.

Results. As a result of the study, a design and prognostic block of competencies was developed with a description of the roles and functions of the future teacher-choreographer in cultural and leisure activities. On the basis of this block, a grading model of competences of the future teacher-choreographer was developed, in which the possible roles of the teacher-choreographer and competence, as well as the factors of evaluation of these competences under certain indicators of behavior are presented.

Discussion. Grading competences allows to organize the structure of roles of the future choreographer-teacher, taking into account their value for cultural and leisure activities. On the basis of the study, a grading approach to the improvement of cultural and leisure activities of the future teacher-choreographer is discussed.

Conclusion. Our research, based on the generalization of many years of experience as a choreographic teacher at the university, confirmed the practical importance of grading competencies. Using this approach together with other technologies, for example, with the assessment and monitoring of the effectiveness of all the roles of a choreographer teacher, it will be possible to create a modern effective system of motivation of participants of cultural and leisure activities. The grading approach is the basis for the creation of an effective human resources management system of the organization.
