The analysis of professional and educational standards in the aspect of forming the business competences in the university environment
Abstracts

Introduction. The author proves the relevance of the youth business development in the university environment. On the one hand, it is marked like the need of consideration of youth business as a possible choice by graduates as a main type of work after graduation, and, on the other hand, as a way of development of students’ enterprise competences regardless of their planned choice.

Materials and Methods. The main methods of research are the analysis of the scientific literature devoted to a problem of youth business development in the university environment and also the analysis of the standard and legal documents regulating process and requirements to quality of students’ training.

Results. The author presents the main regulations of educational and professional standards on formation of business competences, in particular federal state educational standards of the higher education and professional standards. The analysis of their opportunities at the organization of the youth business development in the university environment is carried out.

Discussion. The researcher emphasizes the need of teachers special training in the educational organizations of the higher education for bases of business activity and their involvement in the process of forming the students’ business competences.

Conclusion. It is concluded that there are no necessary regulatory procedures for the youth business development in the university environment. The author determines the need of formation and realization of a set of actions for the youth business development, generalization and dissemination of this experience.
