Usage of information and communication technologies in practice of preschool educational organizations
Abstracts

Introduction. The authors examine the relevance of the problem of information space management in preschool educational organization; provides an overview of the main ideas of modern researchers on the application of information and communication technologies in the practice of kindergartens. The purpose of the article is to substantiate and reveal the author’s concept of effective management of information educational space in preschool educational organization.

Materials and Methods. The main methods of the research are the analysis of scientific literature devoted to the problem of usage of information and communication technologies, management of information educational space, organization of information educational environment in the Pre-school Educational Organization (PEO); as well as diagnostic methods, including observation, description, survey, methods of statistical data processing.

Results. Theoretical results include the definition of organizational and pedagogical conditions of management of information educational environment in the PEO. The practical result is the development and implementation of the project “Usage of information and communication technologies in the educational process of PEO”. To specify and clarify the activities in the framework of the project the authors have made the plan.

Discussion. It is emphasized that the implementation of the project “Usage of information and communication technologies in the educational process of PEO” promotes the ICT competence development of the participants of the educational process; the effectiveness of the management of PEO through the formation of information infrastructure management of PEO; the effectiveness of the quality of educational process in PEO.

Conclusion. It is concluded that the creation of the necessary organizational and pedagogical conditions contributes to the effective management of the usage of educational resources of the IOS PEO.
