Interacnive methods usage in training students for professional practice
Abstracts

Introduction. The article bases the importance of interactive methods usage in training students for professional practice, in particular, the experience of using an interactive Board game “Test Drive for Leaders” in the process of training students for professional training practice in a Children’s Health Camp.

The purpose of the article is to describe the study results of students’ readiness level (future leaders) for teaching practice in a Children’s Health Camp, on the example of the interactive Board game “Test Drive for Leaders” usage.

Materials and methods. The main research methods are analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature, pedagogical observation, questionnaire, expert evaluation method, statistical data processing method.

Results. The article analyzes the possibility and necessity of interactive teaching methods usage in the process of preparing students for professional training practice in a Children’s Health Camp. It works out the criteria-level characteristics of students’ readiness for practical training in the camp. The authors describe experience of using the interactive Board game “Test Drive for Leaders” in the process of professional training.

Discussion. It is emphasized that the result of the use of the interactive Board game “Test Drive for Leaders” is a higher students’ readiness level for professional training practice in a Children’s Health Camp.

Conclusion. It is concluded that interactive teaching methods (interactive Board game “Test Drive for Leaders”) usage in the process of training students contributes to higher students’ readiness for professional training practice. It is confirmed by the results of experimental work.
