MODELING THE PRACTICE OF MENTORING IN THE PRESCHOOL EDUCATION SYSTEM AT THE MUNICIPAL LEVEL
Abstracts

Introduction. The article is devoted to the topical issue of organizing mentoring in preschool educational organizations in Chelyabinsk and improving its effectiveness through the development of the model for mentoring system at the municipal level. The key issue is to describe a set of conditions that ensure the interaction of the professional potential of all educational subjects that are included in the mentoring in an educational organization and are implemented in various formats and role models. The purpose of the article is to consider the specifics of the mentoring practice in a preschool educational institution, as a subject of the municipal educational system, and to analyze all the potential opportunities and resources of its expansion based on modeling the practice of mentoring in preschool education at the municipal level.

Materials and Methods. The main research methods are: analysis of scientific literature related to the mentoring in education system, analysis of existing mentoring programs and practices in preschool educational institutions based on the study of the unified municipal information source "Preschool Educational Institution Information Card", modeling, data processing methods. 262 preschool educational organizations of Chelyabinsk took part in the study.

Results. The article presents the municipal model of the mentoring system in preschool education as a tool for enriching and designing the practice of mentoring in preschool education institutions, as well as an additional resource for activating the interaction of mentors and mentees. The authors have identified resources of information at the municipal level that ensure effective interaction among participants in mentoring programs.

Discussion. The results of the conducted research on the problem of mentoring practice in preschool educational organizations in Chelyabinsk confirmed the need to universalize the practice of mentoring in order to use its potential in solving a set of problems. This need determines the high relevance of the stated topic.

Conclusion. Modeling the mentoring practice in the municipal system of preschool education ensures the creation of an open and productive community of teachers and leaders based on their professional interests; involves a description of the process and conditions for effective interaction between participants in mentoring activities.

Highlights

Mentoring in the municipal system of preschool education ensures the success of professional and personal development and advanced training of pedagogical and managerial personnel based on the exchange of experience and professional interaction;

Significant components of the mentoring system at the municipal level are considered urban professional communities of teachers and leaders of preschool educational institutions, the use of various role models and interaction formats;

Effective pedagogical interaction in the system of mentoring practices is ensured by the creation of municipal information resources, the organization of participation in the implementation of educational projects at the municipal level.
