Introduction. The relevance of a research is dictated by need of formation of the competences allowing experts to resolve effectively the conflicts. His purpose became development of technology of formation of competence of the field of resolution of conflicts of future educational psychologists.
Materials and methods. Results of the forming experiment made from 2013 to 2017 on the basis of RGP PHV “Kostanay State Teacher Training College” and JSC Kostanay Social and Technical University of a Name of the Academician Z. Aldamzhar are presented in article. 234 students studying in the direction of preparation “Pedagogics and psychology” participated in a research. For collecting empirical data methods were used: poll, testing and observation. For check of efficiency of the offered technology the pedagogical experiment with pre-and post-testing of level of formation of a competence of the field of resolution of conflicts of educational psychologists was used.
Results and their discussion. The technology of formation of competence of the field of resolution of conflicts of future educational psychologists presented in article turns on six blocks: target, methodological, substantial, metodiko-technological, appraisal and criteria and productive.
Results of an experiment have shown that use of the offered technology leads to growth of number of students with high standard of knowledge of conflictology, skills of resolution of conflicts, ability to operate the emotions. Also the technology allows to develop a number of professional qualities of the educational psychologist.
Conclusion. During the research it has been established that formation of competence of the field of resolution of conflicts of educational psychologists is possible thanks to realization of the following conditions: a) incorporation of future educational psychologists in information space of conflictology for the entire period of training; b) use of the innovative interactive technologies of training; c) orientation of students to self-educational activity in conflict.
