PRAKTIKO-FOCUSED INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES OF TRAINING IN STRUCTURE OF SECONDARY PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION (ON THE EXAMPLE OF MEDICAL COLLEGES)
Abstracts

Introduction. In article the value of the praktiko-focused training in training of students of medical colleges is considered. In particular, the role of the praktiko-focused training in improvement of quality in the system of secondary professional education is considered, according to standards of WorldSkills.

Materials and methods. In article the analysis modern a tendency of development of the training of students focused on formation at them practical skills and abilities is carried out. Normative documents in the field of training of students of colleges in the Russian Federation are analyzed, their compliance to global trends in professional education is estimated.


Results. The particular emphasis in article is placed on training of students of medical colleges at the specialized exercise machines allowing to bring closer training conditions to real clinical conditions of their follow-up professional activity. Features of introduction of global trends in the Russian education system in training of students of medical colleges are considered. The separate emphasis in article is placed on the educational environment which needs to be formed at the organization of education and training of students of medical colleges, positive and negative factors of the environment creating the conditions for training which are brought closer to practical professional activity are analysed.

Discussion. In article the option of the organization of system of the praktiko-focused training for students of medical colleges with use of WorldSkills technology is offered.

Conclusion. The author concluded that practice-oriented training using innovative technologies of simulation training and WorldSkills technology allows to create an atmosphere of creative approach to obtaining knowledge in the learning process.
