APPLIED ASPECTS OF PROFESSIONAL-PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT OF FUTURE TEACHERS
Abstracts

Introduction. The article substantiates the importance of professional development of the individual, and especially at the stage of professional training; presents an overview of the main ideas of researchers on the problem of professional and personal development and highlighted the complex components of the structure of the personality of a professional; The use of various forms of group and individual activities in the process of formation and development of professionally important qualities of future teachers has been substantiated. The purpose of the article is to highlight the applied aspects of the professional and personal development of future teachers.

Materials and methods. The main research methods: theoretical and methodological analysis, a systematic approach formed the basis for a holistic consideration of the problem; observation, questioning, testing, self-assessment, rating.

Results. Some methodological approaches to the study of the problem of personal professional development are considered; the complex of components of the psychological structure of the personality of the future specialist is highlighted, the pedagogical conditions for the formation of professionally significant qualities of future teachers are considered.

Discussion. In the process of formation and development of professionally important qualities of future teachers, various forms and individual activities are used, but active learning methods play a special role, where the activity of the learner is of particular importance. The most effective method is the socio-psychological training (SPT),  the purpose  of which  is  the development of various professional skills and personal qualities. The final stage of the training process is the analytical stage, at which its participants correlate the level of their own capabilities with the achieved results, design individual programs for professional self-development.

Conclusion. The article describes the applied aspects of the personal and professional development of future teachers.
