THE UPDATING OF PROFESSIONAL AND APPLIED PHYSICAL TRAINING OF STUDENTS
Abstracts

Introduction. In the article, from the point of view of the concept of applied physical education, it is considered that the successful development of future professional activity, specific requirements imposed by industrial professions, depends on the possibility of mechanisms of self-organization of human life, allowing to ensure an optimal level of quality of life of the individual. The purpose of the article is to form an applied adaptation when working with students of various medical groups due to the adaptation of the body to physical activity by the degree of severity (volume and intensity) of applied physical education.

Materials and Methods. It is determined in our experiment that it is necessary to check the impact of pedagogical conditions on the effectiveness of the formation of applied physical education in the pedagogical concept developed by us, its existing forms of organization, means and methods of classes with a contingent of students. A distinctive feature of the experimental methodology was that the mechanism for implementing the APE is based on the introduction of professionally applied physical culture in every second, fourth and sixth semester to increase motor fitness and, accordingly, reduce the period of adaptation as well as increase the range of adaptive capabilities during applied physical exertion.

Results. The content of materials has been developed, which allows determining the logic of continuity with the program material of the initial stage of training and grouping it along the content lines of two components: basic, providing the formation of the foundations of education in the field of applied physical culture, and variable, based on the basic, complementing it and taking into account the individuality of each student, his motives, interests, needs, as well as the traditions of application and the resource provision of an educational institution. A set of indicators reflecting an increase in the range of adaptive capabilities of the body in the process at each stage of the formation of professional adaptation is identified and outlined.

Discussion. It is emphasized that the average group results, regardless of the gender and degree of physical fitness of the student, confirm the likelihood of an increase in adaptive shifts adequate to physical activity.

Conclusion. t is concluded that if in the pedagogical process of professionally applied physical training we use the methodology of the concept of applied physical education (APE) developed by us, which involves gradual successive transformations of the object, increasing the level (degree, stage) of development through quantitative and qualitative changes of the preserved basis, students are sufficiently provided with an increase in the range of adaptive capabilities of the body and the formation of professionally important qualities.

Highlights

The concept of applied physical education has been developed as a set of specific and non-specific means and types of physical culture, which involves the organization of continuous professional and applied training for students with different degrees of training and health opportunities;

The mechanism of implementation of the APE is presented, based on the introduction of professionally applied physical culture in every second, fourth and sixth semester to improve motor fitness;

The phases of the formation of the APE are defined: urgent «initial», long-term and sustainable adaptation in the practice of physical education of students, where the adaptation of the body to the future profession will be sufficiently ensured due to structural changes in the body of students.
