TECHNOLOGY OF QUALITY MANAGEMENT OF TRAINING STUDENTS PROFILE «PHYSICAL EDUCATION» IN A TRANSDISCIPLINARY EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT
Abstracts

Introduction. The article justifies urgency of introduction of technology of quality management of preparation of students of the profile "Physical culture". Transdisciplinarity is considered as a methodological and technological basis for the organization of pedagogical management of the quality of training of students of pedagogical universities. As the "core" of transdisciplinarity, linking the components and levels of technology into a single conceptual context, the expections of the subjects of the educational process are chosen.

Materials and methods. The main methods of the research are the analysis of scientific literature devoted to the problem of quality management  of students ' training,  as well  as diagnostic techniques,

 

including the questionnaire of G. S. Prygin "study of autonomy-dependence of the individual in educational activities", modified questionnaire of V. I. Lebedenko, modified questionnaire of the statistical data processing.

Results. The developed pedagogical technology of management of the quality of training of students of the profile "Physical culture"; the authors presented the characteristics of the main components and levels of technology; describes the diagnostic tools of the quality management technologies of training of students of the profile "Physical culture" in terms of transdisciplinary educational environment, including levels, criteria, indicators of evaluation of quality of training of specialists of physical culture in the conditions of transdisciplinary educational environment.

Discussion. It is emphasized that the introduction of pedagogical technology of quality management of students ' training profile "physical culture" caused statistically significant changes in the levels and indicators of training of students in experimental groups.

Conclusion. It is concluded that the implementation of the technology of quality management training students profile "physical education" in a transdisciplinary educational environment allows you to make innovative components in the content and structure of quality management training students.
