GENETIC ANALYSIS ASPECTS OF DYNAMICS OF THE SYSTEM OF PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY MOTIVATION OF TEACHER`S WITH DIFFERENT SENIORITY
Abstracts

Introduction. The article identifies the problem of lack of a description of the genesis and dynamics of the motivation of the professional activities of teachers that is relevant for science; substantiated the constructiveness of the application of the methodology of system genesis for the study of changes in the content of the structure of the motivation of professional pedagogical activity.

Materials and methods. The article presents some results of an empirical study of the motivation of teachers' professional activities using a battery of psychodiagnostic methods, processed using the methods of mathematical statistics, correlation analysis, the method of analyzing the psychological structure performed in the logic of the Yaroslavl Psychological Scientific School.

Results. According to the results of the empirical research, the main stages of the dynamics of the content of the structure of the motivation of professional pedagogical activity are postulated, their psychological content is indicated.

Discussion. Based on the analysis of the content of the structure of motivation of professional activity among teachers with different work experience, conclusions were made about the patterns of the dynamics of the content of the structure of motivation of professional pedagogical activity, confirming the basic principles of system genesis; based on the dynamics of the organization of the system, the cyclical nature of changes in the structure of the motivation of professional activity of teachers with different work experience is revealed.

Conclusion. Features of the dynamics of the content of the structure of the motivation of professional pedagogical activity allow to draw conclusions about its systemogenesis, proceeding in accor- dance with changes in the conditions of the social situation and tasks


of professional development. Qualitative and quantitative changes in the content of the structure of the motivation of professional pedagogical activity occur according to the principles of system genesis and are cyclical.
