Introduction. The improvement of quality and quantity of the high-tech medical care as a part of the priority national health-care project demands from the medical staff the adequate training, regular higher professional skills, productivity, responsibility. All this factors increase the risk of the creation of the burn out syndrome by the doctors and nurses.
There is not enough theoretical and empirical research in the field of the research of the spread level, evidence and social-physiological determinants of the burnout syndrome by the medical staff of the federal centre for the high-tech medical care.
Materials and methods. It was used the complex of the complementary methods of research: the theory-methodological analyze of scientific literature, diagnose methods, methods of mathematic-statistical data proseccing.
Results. The correlation analyses confirms the hypothesis that the corporate culture is the main organizational factor, which reduce risk of the creation of burnout syndrome by medical staff.
Conclusion. The results will be used by the development of the preventive-corrective program for burnout syndrome by medical staff.

- motivation and moral are the main organization factors which prevent the burnout syndrome by nurses.
