ORGANIZATION OF MOTIVATION IN MILITARY UNIVERSITY PUPILS IN THE CONDITIONS OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING
Abstracts

Introduction. The article substantiates the relevance of the development of motivation of cadets in during of the learning process and the disclosure of the reasons for its decline. Various theories of motivation known both in domestic and foreign psychologists are considered, as well as the possibility of their application in the training of cadets of military universities. The purpose of the article is to analyze the effectiveness of the activities of the command staff of a military high school to increase the motivation of cadets to the learning process.

Materials and methods. The main research methods are the analysis of scientific literature devoted to the problem of motivation; as well as diagnostic methods, including observation, description, сonversations, methods of statistical data processing.

Results. The problems of losing interest in learning are typical not only for military institutions, but also for civilian universities, and their reasons are identical. Proved the effectiveness of the material incentives in the preparation of cadets.

Discussion. It is emphasized that the material motivation of the activities of the cadets is the most effective, but its use should be limited and only at certain stages.


Conclusion.
It is concluded that the motivation of cadets is a specific component of the learning process, aimed at development not only in the interests of the individual, but in the interests of the state and society.
