THE CONTENT ASPECTS OF PREPARATION OF CADETS FOR INTERSUBJECTIVE MANAGERIAL INTERACTION
Abstracts

Introduction. The need to prepare cadets of military universities for the implementation of organizational and managerial activities actualizes the development of the competencies of a intersubjective managerial interaction, which allows combining the potential and efforts of many entities in the implementation of professional activities, ensuring its effectiveness.

The purpose of this article is to develop and justify the pedagogical system of training cadets of military universities for intersubjective managerial interaction.

Materials and methods. The main research methods are analysis, synthesis, comparison, generalization and modeling.

Results. On the basis of a systematic, personal-activity, and participatory approaches, a pedagogical system for preparing cadets for intersubjective managerial interaction was developed and presented, including the interconnection of components (normative-targeted, substantive, evaluative-analytical) and providing phased (stages: entry, performing and assisting) cadets mastering intersubjective management in the relationship of the subsystems of the teacher and student activities. Taking into account the specific principles identified: the cyclical nature of proactive adaptability, managerial reflexivity of participativeness, the content and training methods (determinedlist a few) arethat ensure a consistent growth of students' subjectivity in the development of intersubjective managerial competencies.

Discussion. System preparing cadets for multisubjective managerial interaction takes into account both the requirements of the state order in the field of state security, professional and educational standards, as well as the needs of students in realizing their own managerial potential and ensures that cadets gain experience in learning and implementing managerial functions in the context of intersubjective interaction at a university.

Conclusion. The developed pedagogical system ensures the training of cadets of military universities for intersubjective managerial interaction, the realization of the subjective potential of cadets in the training process, the adaptation to the implementation of organizational and managerial professional activities of future officers and contributes to overcoming the dominance of authoritarian management methods that do not have universality.
