TRANSDISCIPLINARY METHODS FOR EVALUATING THE QUALITY OF TRAINING OF FUTURE PHYSICAL EDUCATION TEACHERS
Abstracts

Introduction. The article deals with transdisciplinary methods of quality assessment and training of future physical education teachers. The method of transdisciplinary supervision, “basket” method, methods of group reflexivity are presented.

Materials and methods. The main research methods are the analysis of scientific literature, conceptual analysis and systematization of approaches to solving the problem of quality management of training of future teachers of physical culture, modified questionnaire of V. I. Baydenko, content analysis.

Results. The importance of competencies for the Respondent (concentration, low priority, excessive stress, maintenance) and the level of achievement are highlighted as criteria for the effectiveness of using transdisci-disciplinary methods to assess the quality of training of future physical education teachers.

Discussion. Based on the conducted research, it is concluded that the process of quality management of training of future physical education teachers includes the creation of conditions for mastering the methods of action to effectively solve professional problems within the framework of a pedagogically oriented transdisciplinary worldview, which objectively reflect the method of transdisciplinary supervision and the “basket” method.

Conclusion. The results of the forming experiment show a change in the quality criteria for training future physical education teachers. Comparison of experimental groups shows statistically significant differences in the respondents ' views between EG-3 and EG-1, EG-2 with an error (p ≤ 0.05). Consequently, transdisciplinary methods of evaluating the quality of training of future physical education teachers transform the educational environment of a pedagogical University, in which innovation becomes a form of objective reality.
