VIRTUAL EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT AS A MEANS OF BUILDING AN INDIVIDUAL EDUCATIONAL TRAJECTORY FOR DEVELOPING THE LEVEL OF FUTURE TEACHERS’ SELF-ORGANIZATION
Abstracts

Introduction. The article substantiates the importance of the ability to build an individual educational trajectory for future teachers and the need to develop the level of self-organization. The aim of the article is to justify the need for a virtual educational environment for developing the level of future teachers’ self-organization and the ability to build an individual educational trajectory.

Materials and methods. The main research methods are the diagnostic technique of A. D. Ishkov, designed to determine the level of self-organization, as well as an analysis of the literature on the problems of self-organization and building an individual educational trajectory for students.

Results. Diagnostics of the level of future teachers’ self-organization was carried out, it was found that this level was insufficiently formed among students. Previously designed software modules to build an individual educational trajectory are considered. There has been designed a software product that helps students to learn how to build an individual educational trajectory independently and increase the level of future teachers’ self-organization.

Discussion. It has been suggested that the integration of the developed software product into the virtual educational environment will contribute to increase the level of future teachers’ self-organization.

Conclusion. The conclusion is drawn about the need for joint development of the level of self-organization and training of future teachers in building an individual educational trajectory.
