THE PSYCHOLOGICAL READINESS OF EDUCATIONAL SUBJECTS FOR HEALTH ACTIVITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF PERSONAL SAFETY
Abstracts

Introduction. The article reveals the essence of psychological readiness for activities that con-tribute to the preservation, restoration, strengthening and development of the health of the younger generation. A definition of health activities has been given. The results of the diagnostic study carried out for the formation of psychological readiness for health-improving activities in subjects of education are presented. The relevance of purposeful formation of needs and readiness for preservation and promotion of health in the interests of personal safety is justified. The pur-pose of the article is to characterize indicators of psychological readiness, which characterize the level of its formation in subjects of education in the interests of personal safety.

Materials and methods. The main method of the study is a logical and theoretical analysis of psychologi-cal-pedagogical and ecological-valeological literature devoted to problems of psy-chological readiness, health-improving activities and health. The study used the diagnostic program "Garmoniay," developed by Z.I. Tymaseva, I.L. Orekhova, G.V. Valeeva, R.V. Kolbin, R.V. Nagumanov (certificate No 2014661107, 2014), which allows to carry out pilot studies of adaptation, psychological readiness to statistical activity, as well as methods of statistical processing.

Results. The result of the study is a justification for the relevance of targeted work to edu-cate the younger generation of the need and desire to preserve and strengthen their health as a life value. A study was carried out, which allowed to identify the level of formation of psychological readiness for health-improving activities in educational subjects.

Discussion. It is stressed that the determination of the level of formation of psychological readiness of subjects of education for health-improving activities is based on the characteristic of the following indicators: mental states (anxiety, friction, aggres-siveness, rigidity), physical well-being, consumer tension, personal values.

Conclusion. It is concluded that psychological readiness for health-improving activities, use of health-saving technologies, realization of the need to improve physical well-being, development of comfort in existence, increase of activity in obtaining new feelings from health-improving activities contribute to personal safety of educational enti-ties. Thus, the problem of its targeted formation is updated.
