PSYCHOLOGICAL PREDICTORS OF PERSONAL SUCCESS DEVELOPMENT OF HIGH SCHOOLS
Abstracts

Introduction. The article discusses issues related to the formation and development of personal success. The relevance and

the need for each person to determine an individual life trajectory is noted. It is emphasized that intellectual development, social maturity and professional self-determination are distinguished in the structure of personal success. It is concluded that education acts not only as a translator of intellectual resources, but also as a navigator in the modern information space, acting as a kind of guide in the professional self-determination of young people.

Questions that consider the regulatory aspects of personal success of high school students are relevant in connection with the peculiarities of this age stage. Predicting the personal development of high school students largely depends on the stability of individual psychological characteristics of a person in ontogenesis. The socio-cultural environment, family, and school are agents of socialization and factors that determine the success of an individual.

Materials and methods. The main research methods are the analysis of scientific literature devoted to the problem of the formation of personal success of high school students, psychological predictors of the development of success and the conditions that ensure this development. Diagnostic methods, including observation, description, conversation, questionnaire survey, and testing, were also the methodological basis.

Results. Based on the theoretical and methodological analysis, the author defines the structure of personal success, which is a combination of intellectual development, social maturity and professional self-determination. Intellectual activity of high school students acquires a special affective color associated with their self-determination and the desire to develop their own worldview, new ways of expressing emotional states, increasing self-control and self-regulation appear. Social maturity as an aspect of personal success is characterized by such an important quality as the ability to defend one's own point of view, to be responsible for one's actions and actions. Professional self-determination characterizes the level of mental development of the individual, as it contributes to the formation of a person as a full-fledged member of the community of professionals. Therefore, the modern school faces special challenges related to the creation of the necessary conditions for the implementation of professional self-determination of high school students.

Discussion. The importance of the program of individual life trajectory developed by high school students for the formation of their personal success is emphasized.

Conclusion. It is concluded that the psychological predictors of personal success of high school students are the family, parents, significant adults, school, teachers. In addition, in the very structure of personal success, the key positions belong to the development of the cognitive sphere, the choice of profession and the social maturity of high school students.
