SPIRITUAL AND MORAL EDUCATION OF CHILDREN AND YOUTH UNDER INTERACTION CONDITIONS OF PEDAGOGI-CAL COLLEGE AND RURAL SCHOOL
Abstracts

Introduction. The article substantiates the urgency of addressing the problem of spiritual and moral education of children and youth; provides an overview of the main ideas of modern researchers on the spiritual and moral education of students in secondary schools and professional organizations. The purpose of the article is to describe the practice of interaction in the spiritual and moral education of a pedagogical college with a rural school.

Materials and methods. The main research methods are: theoretical — analysis and synthesis, study of scientific literature, generalization of pedagogical experience; empirical - observation, testing.

Results. Methods of interaction of a pedagogical college with a rural general education school on spiritual and moral education are described: parallel teaching of the course of ORCE at school and college, conducting hours of communication on spiritual and moral education, consulting work and other activities.

Discussion. It is emphasized that the main results of joint work in the direction of spiritual and moral education are positive changes: for students of a rural school - in personal, meta-subject, subject plans; for students of a pedagogical college - in increasing the motivation to study religious studies; for teaching staff - in the growth of their professional skills; for municipalities - in providing the territory with personnel capable of efficiently carrying out activities on spiritual and moral education.

Conclusion. It is concluded that the practice of spiritual and moral education in a pedagogical college is correlated with the future professional activities of its graduates, which in the future will be their competitive advantage.

Presents the main theoretical and methodological ideas on the problem of spiritual and moral education of students in schools and professional organizations;

On the example of the Cheremkhovsky pedagogical college and the rural school of the Cheremkhovo region, interaction on the spiritual and moral education of children and youth is described;

Emphasis is placed on the main mechanism of interaction - the parallel teaching of religious studies in a rural secondary school and a pedagogical college.
