HYBRID EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT IN PROFESSIONAL TEACHER TRAINING
Abstracts

Introduction. The purpose of this article is to study the theoretical foundations of creating a hybrid educational environment. The article examines the essence and structure of a hybrid educational environment, its role in the professional training of a teacher. The definitions of the concepts “educational environment”, “hybrid educational environment”, “blended learning” are given.

Materials and methods. The main research methods are analysis, generalization and systematization of scientific literature on the problem of educational environments in professional training.

Results. The result of the research is the definition of the concept of a hybrid educational environment as an integral pedagogical phenomenon and the allocation of its structural components.

Discussion. It consists in substantiating the role of a hybrid educational environment in the implementation of the educational process in modern conditions determined by social and natural challenges.

Conclusion. It is concluded that the hybrid educational environment as a pedagogical innovation is based on the synergistic effect of the implementation of its constituent components, which ensures the improvement of the teacher's professional training.

Highlights

The analysis of the theoretical foundations of the hybrid educational environment based on its understanding as a pedagogical innovation has been carried out;

The structural components of the hybrid educational environment and its role in the process of integrating an individual into educational activity have been identified.
