THE PROCEDURE FOR EVALUATING SOCIALIZA-TION AND EDUCATIONAL PROJECTS IN A PROFES-SIONAL EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATION
Abstracts

Introduction. In this article, we will consider the preparation and evaluation procedures of socialization and educational projects implemented by teachers and students of professional educational organizations. The socialization and educational project in the system of secondary vocational education is aimed at the formation of certain competencies that were initially set for development in students within the framework of this project. At the same time, we take into account the features of professional education, including the acquisition of certain personal and professional competencies established by the standard of education, professional orientation and self-determination of the future graduate and age characteristics.

Materials and methods. The article uses the following methods: analysis of regulatory documents; scientific research; comparative and content analysis; synthesis. In this study, the basic methods of Molchanov S.G. used are: 1) the method of selecting the content of socialization and 2) the method of assessing the socialization of young men and (or) girls.

Results. The proposed procedures for the preparation and expert evaluation of socialization and educational projects can be considered as a particular method of pedagogical research, which is one of the tools for the formation of social activity of students, a catalyst for innovative activity of the teaching staff, a way to adjust the activities of the teacher.

Discussion. Evaluation of socialization and education projects should be included in a single internal system of education quality assessment, and to contribute to the improvement of educational work, the implementation of the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard, and the formation of the personality of graduates able to meet the requirements of the employer.

Conclusion. The study defines the essence of the evaluation of socialization and educational projects implemented by teachers and students of professional educational organizations. We believe that the evaluation of socialization and education projects should be included in a single internal system of education quality assessment, and to contribute to the improvement of educational work, the requirements of Federal State Educational Standard and personality formation of graduates able to meet the requirements of the employer. At the same time, we take into account the features of professional education, including the acquisition of certain personal and professional competencies established by the standard of education, professional orientation and self-determination of the future graduate and age characteristics. After receiving the result of the evaluation of the socialization and educational project, you can decide on the further implementation of the project or make changes to it. In addition, it is possible to compile ratings of socialization and educational projects in a specific educational organization or social group. The proposed method can be used both in the evaluation of professional-pedagogical and student projects implemented in the “socialization and educational process” (S. G. Molchanov). We have also previously identified the prospects for further research on the problem under discussion. At the same time, the results already obtained contribute to the development of the theory of the project method.
