MODEL FOR FORMING SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY OF COURSES OF MILITARY UNIVERSITIES
Abstracts

Introduction. Within the framework of this article, we describe the socio-pedagogical conditions aimed at improving the effectiveness of the system of training future teachers for educational activities.

Materials and methods. When developing a model for the formation of social responsi-bility among cadets of military universities, the authors applied various approaches, including systemic, axiological and per-sonality-oriented approaches. The theory of pedagogical model-ing by P. Yu. Aksenov, V. P. Berdekhanova, N. A. Davydov, V. A. Shtoff, V. A. Yasvin and others was used in the development of a model for the formation of social responsibility of cadets of military universities.

Results. The model was developed on the basis of the provisions of the methodology, theory of military higher education, historiographic analysis of the problem of the formation of social responsibility of cadets of military universities, analysis of modern scientific research devoted to this issue. The following substantive components of the model for the formation of social responsibility of cadets of military universities were identified: motivational-value (aimed at defining the goals, objectives and content of the model and the formation of value-semantic attitude to social responsibility); meaningful (assumes that cadets receive an integral and structural body of knowledge in the field of socially responsible behavior, on the norms and rules for performing official activities); activity-oriented (aimed at consolidating knowledge and skills related to social responsibility in the course of practical military-professional activities and the performance of official duties, involves the gradual formation of complex moral and intellectual feelings associated with the performance of military and official duties, perseverance and determination) and reflexively productive (assumes an assessment of the effectiveness of the functioning of the model of the formation of social responsibility of cadets of military universities).

Discussion. The model of the formation of social responsibility of cadets of military universities consists of motivational-value, content, activity and reflexive-productive components, characterized by their nonlinearity, practice-orientedness and stability. The model is developed on the basis of a systematic, axiological and personality-oriented approach.

Conclusion. The model developed by the author is aimed at rational management of the process of formation of social responsibility of cadets of military universities under the given conditions of educational practice. The importance of the problem of the formation of social responsibility for higher military education is due to the fact that future officers are members of society who stand up for the protection of national interests and are called upon to ensure the security of society.
