SOCIO-PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS FOR PREPAR-ING FUTURE TEACHERS FOR EDUCATIONAL ACTIV-ITIES IN PROFESSIONAL EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZA-TIONS (ORGANIZATIONAL AND METHODOLOGICAL GROUP)
Abstracts

Introduction. Within the framework of this article, we describe the socio-pedagogical conditions of the organizational and methodological group aimed at improving the effectiveness of the system of training future teachers for educational activities.

Materials and methods. The material for the analysis was presented by various scientific sources devoted to the socio-pedagogical conditions that contribute to improving the effectiveness of training future teachers for educational activities in professional educational organizations. The analysis of scientific and methodological literature, descriptive and distributive methods used in writing this article are the main tools of analysis.

Results. Within the framework of this article, we have identified the following socio-pedagogical conditions of the organizational and methodological group aimed at improving the effectiveness of the implementation of the system of training future teachers for educational activities in professional educational organizations: organizational and managerial: 1) modeling of extreme pedagogical situations in the educational process of the university; 2) education of flexible skills of students; 3) implementation of modern interactive (quest technologies) educational technologies in the educational process; 4) implementation of coaching technologies and mentoring in educational work. This article describes the socio-pedagogical conditions of the organizational and management group. Modeling of extreme educational situations allows future teachers to form the ability of future teachers to navigate the changing circumstances of educational activities, including extreme ones. Education of flexible skills of students is aimed at the formation of personal qualities of future teachers who serve as the foundation of readiness for educational activities. The implementation of educational technologies in the educational process of quest is aimed at developing future teachers' social responsibility, communication skills, and the ability to independently set and solve educational tasks. Quest educational technologies allow you to change the traditional forms of relationships in the educational process, to establish its relationship with socio-cultural life, to translate educational activities into the plane of interpersonal interaction.

Discussion. The identified and described socio-pedagogical conditions for preparing future teachers for educational activities allow them to develop the ability of future teachers to self-regulate, overcome stress, change the traditional forms of relationships in the educational process, strengthen the educational potential of educational and extracurricular educational activities.

Conclusion. In this article, we found out that the identified and developed socio-pedagogical conditions of the organizational and methodological group take into account not only pedagogical factors, but also the social orientation of secondary vocational education, and the social order of society. The socio-pedagogical conditions developed by us are complex, they are interrelated and mutually conditioned.
