TRAINING IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIALLY COMMUNICATIVE QUALITIES OF PSYCHOLOGY STUDENTS — OF THE FACTOR IN THE PROFES-SIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF FUTURE SPECIALISTS
Abstracts

Introduction. The article substantiates the relevance of the use of training in the process of learning psychologist students in high school as a necessary element for the formation and development of socio-communicative qualities of students in the framework of the professional development of future specialists. The purpose of the article is to show the dynamics of the development of socio-communicative qualities of psychologist students before and after the application of the training program developed by us.

Materials and methods. A theoretical analysis of monographs, dissertation research, articles and other scientific publications was carried out. As a psychodiagnostic method, the test of communication skills L. Michelson was used (translation and adaptation of Yu.Z. Gilbuch). The study applied by us the program of psychological training on the development of personal professionally important qualities.

Results. After conducting the training in the secondary diagnosis of communicative competence, the psychologists of 1–4 courses became the predominant competent type of behavior in communication.

Discussion. With the help of mathematic-statistical analysis, Student t-criterion is proved that the results of psychologist students of 1–4 courses on the basis of the test of the test of communicative skills L. Michelson before the implementation of the training program and after are significant.

Conclusion. The program of psychological training on the development of personal professionally important qualities developed by us, which includes joint work with students-psychologists of 1–4 courses, effectively contributes to the development of socio-communicative qualities of students learning as factor in the professional formation of future psychologists.

Highlights

The program of psychological training for the development of personal professionally important qualities of psychologist students, carried out through cooperation of students 1–4 courses, was developed and tested; The basis of this program is the simulation of professionally and personal and significant practical situations in order to form an individual style of professional activity and subject attitude to its implementation;

With the help of mathematic-statistical analysis, Student t-criterion It has been proven that the results of psychologist students of 1–4 courses on the basis of the passage of the test of communicative skills L. Michelson prior to the implementation of the training program and after are meaningful;

It is shown that, compared with traditional reproductive training methods, training as an interactive method is the most effective way to develop a strategy of behavior and self-development, the basis for the development of socio-communicative qualities of psychologist students in the framework of the formation and development of the “I-Concept” of future specialists.
