THE INFLUENCE OF MULTIETHNIC ENVIRONMENT ON INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS AS A FACTOR SHAPING THE PERSONALITY OF A TEENAGER
Abstracts

Introduction. The article deals with the problems of interethnic interaction, analyzes socio-psychological relations in the context of the implementation of the relationship and interaction and mutual influence and mutual awareness of subjects, which in turn are determined by a special form of experienced relations between subjects of different confessions, determine a kind of personal level. The same trend is observed between ethnic communities, conventionally defined as a group level. It is shown that the development of personality as a universal property is a single process in which mainly qualitative transformations occur, and only then quantitative changes are determined. The inconsistency of the development process is caused here ambiguously. The driving forces of personal development are some contradictions that are the basis between the new and old school of the process of education and upbringing.

Materials and methods. The main research methods are the analysis of scientific literature devoted to the problem of psychological phenomena in the space of ethnic relationships, biases and ethnic stereotypes. The scientific work analyzes the influence of the multi-ethnic environment on the development of personality and reveals the psychological determinants of the development of favorable relationships between adolescents and their peers of a different ethnic group and denomination.

Results. The research defines the problem of personal development of interpersonal relationships reflected in Russian and foreign psychology

Discussion. Interpersonal relationships that develop in adolescence, taking into account mental characteristics, are studied. The basic aspects of the influence of the political environment on the formation of interpersonal relations are established, and the role of the social environment in the formation of personality is determined.

Conclusion.It is concluded that the multi-ethnic environment leads to a significant complication of the perception of oneself and others, the implementation of adaptive behavior, the construction of interpersonal relationships, and, consequently, multiple determination of strategies. At the same time, socio-psychological reasons, including social environment, family conditions, play a leading role in shaping child behavior strategies, which brings to the forefront the dilemma of the impact of the home and educational environment on the development of social attitudes and behavioral strategies of adolescents.
