PEDAGOGICAL STRATEGY FOR FORMING A CUL-TURE OF INCLUSIVE VOLUNTEERING IN PROFES-SIONAL PEDAGOGICAL TRAINING OF STUDENTS
Abstracts

Introduction. The article substantiates the relevance of socio-cultural transformations in determining the strategy of state youth policy and systemic involvement of students in the social life of society and social interaction. The essential characteristics of volunteering as a socio-cultural phenomenon, a resource for successful socialization, personality development and a condition for the formation of professional competencies are presented. On the basis of theoretical research and generalization of experience, the possibilities of designing the socio-cultural space of higher education for the implementation of inclusive volunteering have been identified.

Materials and methods. The methodological basis of the research is built in the aggregate of socio-cultural, competence, process and instrumental approaches. The leading ideas and specificity of the indicated approaches made it possible to present the process of forming a culture of inclusive volunteering and to determine didactic strategies in the professional training of students.

Results. The need for the formation of a culture of inclusive volunteering in the professional training of students of a pedagogical university, aimed at assimilating and developing the social-subject experience, professional competencies and social activity of the individual, is revealed. The content of the main stages of the inclusion of student youth in socially useful activities has been developed, in order to form their volunteer professional competence.

Discussion. Organizational, methodological and substantive aspects of inclusive volunteering are discussed on the basis of the conducted research. The conclusion is drawn about the necessity and possibility of expanding volunteer inclusive practice in order to develop professional competencies, form motivation of a socially active lifestyle, tolerance and moral and moral qualities of student youth.

Conclusion. The culture of inclusive volunteering is the ideological basis, value-semantic education, the purpose of which is to accompany in the social space and provide individual assistance to people with disabilities and persons with disabilities, ensuring the development of moral values and professionally significant personal qualities in student youth. The formation of a culture of inclusive volunteering should be considered as an important task of professional training at a university.
