COMMUNICATIVE-PERSONAL INTERACTION OF SUBJECTS OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS
Abstracts

Introduction. The problem of professional self-development of the teacher in conditions of younger schoolchildren speech training for successful implementation of communication and personal interaction in modern school becomes very important. The teacher updates the content of his activities aimed at raising the level of speech training of primary school students within the framework of the philological subject field in the process of continuous education aimed at professional self-development on the basis of scientific achievements and pedagogical experience.

Materials and methods. The materials of the article include an analysis of the scientific literature of domestic and foreign scientists on pedagogy and psychology, devoted to the problem of professional self-development of the teacher, communication and personal interaction of younger schoolchildren, conditions of speech training of primary students, level of professional competence of the teacher, components of professional self-development, professional standard of the teacher, standard of primary general education, regulatory and legal support of education, diagnostic methods, including observation, questionnaire, methods of statistical processing of received.

Results. The process of professional self-development of the teacher is presented as a result of qualitative changes of the following components:

– motivational and valuable;

– professional and activity;

– reflexive and estimated.

The conclusion is the following: professional self-development of the teacher is successfully carried out through his participation in experimental activities under the leadership of the academic teacher.

Theoretically, the psychological and pedagogical conditions of speech preparation of younger schoolchildren for communication and personal interaction in the lessons of the philological subject field have been justified and implemented in the practice of the general educational organization.

There is a description of the effective methodological techniques of working with primary school children to increase the level of speech training.

The assumption that the level of speech training of younger schoolchildren has an impact on communication and personal interaction of younger schoolchildren has been confirmed.

Discussion. It is justified that the participation of the teacher in the experimental work to create psycho-pedagogical conditions for the development of the process of younger schoolchildren speech training under the leadership of the scientific leader contributes, firstly, to the successful communication and personal interaction of younger schoolchildren, secondly, promotes the teacher in professional self-development on the basis of using scientific achievements in their activities.

Conclusion. Professional self-development of the teacher is the result of qualitative changes of motivation-value, vocational-activity, reflexive-evaluation components during experimental work on creation of psycho-pedagogical conditions for development of speech training of primary school students for successful communication-personal interaction of younger schoolchildren with application of effective methodological practice.
