METHODS FOR FORMING COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE OF A FUTURE TEACHER IN BUSINESS COMMUNICATION
Abstracts

Introduction. The article substantiates the relevance of the inclusion in the educational process of a pedagogical university of a system of tasks for the formation of communicative competence, in terms of training business communication in oral and written forms. In the context of the implementation of GEF 3 ++, it is necessary to ensure the graduate is ready for business communication.

Materials and methods. The main research methods are the analysis of the scientific literature on business communication, the systematization of work experience, observation, analysis of regulatory documents and the content of the work programs of the discipline.

Results. The article presents the most effective, based on existing work experience, training situations and exercises that contribute to the effective formation of communicative competence among students. The given tasks provide the ability to use various forms, types of oral and written communication; take an active and adequate part in business communication; draw up written documentation in accordance with applicable norms, rules and standards; take into account etiquette and national characteristics of business communication.

Discussion. It is emphasized that the development of business communication standards is an integral part of the formation of the communicative competence of graduates of a pedagogical university.

Conclusion. It is concluded that the possession of the norms and genres of business communication is necessary to achieve the proper level of professional competence of a modern teacher, leader, teacher, is a requirement of a professional standard of a teacher.

Highlights

The main types of tasks aimed at the formation of the communicative competence of graduates of a pedagogical university in terms of business communication are defined;

Presented the author's vision of teaching undergraduate students the basics of business communication;

The main part of the tasks in the course of pedagogical rhetoric devoted to business communication is of a training nature, the technology of problem-based teaching of business speech at a university is presented.
