RAP COMPOSITION AS A METHOD OF FOREIGN LANGUAGE EDUCATION OF THE FUTURE TEACHER (ON THE MATERIAL OF THE FRENCH LANGUAGE)
Abstracts

Introduction. The article considers the possibility and expediency of using rap songs during French classes at the higher pedagogical school. The purpose of the article is to describe the effectiveness of the use of song material in teaching future teachers the French language.

Materials and methods. The main methods of the research are the analysis of scientific literature devoted to the methods of teaching foreign languages and the justification of the possibility of using rap songs in teaching future teachers French.

Results. The features of French rap compositions are revealed and described. The advantages of the song material of this genre in teaching the French language at the higher pedagogical school are determined. Criteria of selection of songs, and also the main stages of work with a rap composition are considered.

Discussion. It is emphasized that the effectiveness of using rap compositions in teaching future teachers the French language largely depends on the relevance of the musical composition to the methodological goals that the teacher sets.

Conclusion. The author comes to the conclusion that the use of rap songs in teaching future teachers of the French language at the higher pedagogical school increases the motivation and interest of students to study not only the French language, but also the French culture, helps to reveal their creative abilities. This technique is appropriate and helps to make the learning process successful.
