FORMATION OF RESEARCH COMPETENCE OF STUDENTS IN THE INTERACTION WITH SCHOOL EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT IN RESEARCH PRACTICE
Abstracts

Introduction. The article substantiates the relevance of the organization of research practice of future teachers in schools to ensure student interaction with the educational environment as a research platform. The purpose of the article is to uncover a system of consistently complex tasks of research practices and deepening interaction with the various components of the educational environment of the school.

Materials and methods. The research methods involve theoretical (analysis of scientific  literature, modeling) and empirical (observation, documentation analysis, synthesis of experience, description, conversation) methods. Evaluation of results was carried out using expert evaluation sheets.

Results. The study developeda system  of  tasks  for  research  practices  of 3-5  courses,

 

characterized by continuity and hierarchy of tasks, content-varying mobility when interacting with the educational environment of an educational institution, focusing on the creation of an innovative product that is in demand by an educational environment. We defined the basic conditions for their implementation. The problems and difficulties that students face at each of the stages of the formation of research competence are identified, and the reserves of practices and resources of the educational environment are shown, the interaction with which allows to overcome the difficulties that arise.

Discussion. The study shows thatthe sequence of tasks for the gradual complication of interaction with the school educational environment makes it possible to effectively develop the research competencies of future teachers of a foreign language.

Conclusion. The authors concluded that the proposed sequence of tasks of research practices contributes to the formation not only of the research competencies of future teachers of a foreign language, but also of a number of personality traits needed by future professionals in the field of language education: initiative, social activity, mobility and independence.
