THE LINGUO - DIDACTIC TECHNOLOGY AS A PEDAGOGICAL CONDITION OF ACTUALIZING UNIVERSITY STUDENTS TRAINING IN MULTILINGUAL EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT
Abstracts

Introduction. The actuality of creating and developing the modern lingvuo-didactic technology as a pedagogical condition of actualizing students’ training in multilingual educational environment in higher school reflected in psychological and pedagogical, social, philological and cultural issues of educational activities is substantiated in the article. The aim of the article is to present and justify the author’s conception of the technology effectiveness in cross-cultural interaction of the representative of different nationalities and cultures at the university.

Materials and methods. The main research methods involve analysis of scientific Russian and foreign literature on the problems of students’ training, the methods of pedagogical diagnostics (questioning, inquiring, interviewing), testing, observation, quality and quantity data processing.

Results. The study reflects the functional linguo-didactic technology of student’ training in the multilingual educational format of the modern University. It characterizes the studying process by cross-cultural,  emotional,  axiological,  personal  communicative activities of the students, defines the strategy of a new sociocultural, psychological, pedagogical, organizational and methodical training levels. The pedagogical technology is oriented on formulating communicative professional skills of future specialists and sociocultural competences.

Discussion. The study shows that the research project is essential by actualizing the technology as a pedagogical condition targeted at the readiness of a future specialist for professional communicative cooperation (communication) and assertive behavior in the modern multilingual community.


Conclusion. It must be concluded that the technological conception is relevant to the peculiarities of students’ training in multilingual environment. The communicative dominant of the cooperation in ethnocultural educational conditions is considered to be a constructive pedagogical  dialogue as a key segment of the successful cross-cultural  interaction.
