PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS OF FORMATION OF INNOVATIVE-ORIENTED STYLE OF PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY OF FUTURE TEACHERS
Abstracts

Introduction. The article presents a theoretical analysis of the state of the problem of innovation professional activity, defines the concept and components of the innovation-oriented style of professional activity. The pedagogical conditions are presented, allowing to optimize the process of formation of readiness of students of pedagogical universities for innovative activity. The purpose of the article is to provide pedagogical support for the problem of forming an innovation-oriented style of professional activity.

Materials and methods. The materials were scientific and theoretical studies of the problem of forming a pedagogical style and preparing

 

a teacher for innovative activity. Research methods: analysis of scientific literature devoted to the problem of formation of the style of professional activity of teachers, professional training of teachers for innovative activities in the conditions of a teacher training university, a retrospective, systematic, conceptual and terminological analysis, generalization.

Results and its discussion. The components of the innovation-oriented style of pedagogical activity are defined, which include: knowledge of their own individual and personal characteristics; professional knowledge of their subject, as well as methods of teaching, knowledge of pedagogy and psychology; possession of innovative pedagogical technologies, modern information technologies, innovative teaching aids; personal characteristics of the teacher. The pedagogical conditions for the formation of an innovation-oriented style of professional activity are proposed.

Conclusion. The presented pedagogical conditions include the development of the main components of the innovation-oriented style of professional activity of students of pedagogical institutes, rely on the higher education opportunities in the “Pedagogical education” area of training and contribute to the successful formation of an innovative-oriented style of pedagogical activity of future teachers.
